Hi, I’m Alice! I joined the team as a receptionist and I’m really enjoying getting to know our clients and their lovely pets. Before this, I worked as a freelance groom, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals and love being part of a busy, caring environment.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my horse and my two dogs, Lottie and Margot. Riding and caring for them is my favourite way to relax and recharge.
